PhoneDevil was established in London, UK in September 2008 by Callum Bush, selling our first ever product:
'SimDevil', the magical phone unlocking SIM card that does not void manufacturer warranty (ever!).

Callum has significant experience in the Telecoms industry, having worked within the Trading team of The Carphone Warehouse (UK & Europe's largest phone retailer), for three years.

His position as commercial channel manager of their non-Retail sales channel, held him responsible for all sales/pricing/promotions of their Prepaid ('Pay As You Go'), and 'Sim Free' handset ranges.

During this time, sales volumes increased by over 300% and gross margin per unit doubled.

After PhoneDevil fell victim to a devastating £30k burglary in January '09, Callum left The Carphone Warehouse in February '09 to become PhoneDevil's Managing Director.

Between March-May 2009, PhoneDevil sold more than 2,100 Factory Unlocked iPhone 3G handsets to re-sellers and end-customers, making us the largest trade supplier in the UK (and largest private purchaser in Italy) at that time.

This provided much of the funding for the first production run of our iPhone 3G 'Magic Screen' protectors, which we had been developing for quite some months.

Now

Our newly relaunched website (July '09) marked a significant step-change for us. It signalled the launch of our Magic Screen protectors, and with it our bid to become a well-known brand of phone accessories. Here is the objective we have been working towards ever since:

"Make PhoneDevil a UK household name by Christmas 2010, while ensuring a hell of a lot of excitement for both ourselves and our customers".

How will we achieve that excitement? Just you wait and see....you really are missing out if you are not on our customer list.
- By November 2009 we had the best-selling branded screen protectors on both Amazon.co.uk and Play.com (the UK's two largest online retailers), and the best-selling iPhone accessory on Play.com!

- By February 2010 we had the best-selling branded screen protectors on Amazon.com.

- Our sister brand 'MediaDevil' was launched in August 2010.
