I have never used a screen protector before, and so I thought it was going to be really hard to apply. However, I was wrong. It took me 3 tries before I got the proper alignment, but once I did it stuck perfectly with minimal air bubbles. I've been using this product for a few weeks now, and it does exactly what it says. I have noticed that my screen is much cleaner and has less finger print markings. All in all, I am 100% satisfied with this product.

Regarding customer service, once my order was received I got an acknowledgment e-mail which assured me that if I had any questions or concerns I could send them an e-mail. Something as simple as that made me feel really appreciated as a customer. And the candy that you get is also an added bonus! What a sweet treat indeed :)
